He is an empanelled National Resource Person to National Rural Livelihood Mission, MoRD, Govt. of India. He has worked as an associate Vice President with ADS, New Delhi and as a Senior Programme ManagerforEntrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, and has contributed on Sustainable Livelihoods and Entrepreneurship. He was a contributor to “Livelihoods & Resources”-Text book under PGDSRD Course from NIRD, He is an author fora few non-fictions such as, An Entrepreneur Inside! (ISBN:978-81-945777-9-9)and Wisdom to Sustainable Journey (ISBN:978-1-64951-619-0).
