About FABS
Food & Agri Business School (FABS) was established in 2009 with the aim to develop competent food and agri business management professionals. FABS conducts AICTE approved Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Agri Business and Management (PGDM-ABM) in its sprawling 50 acres Flame of the Forest Campus which is equipped with state of art class rooms, IT infrastructure, library, hostel rooms and sports amenities. Application Process
FABS invites applications for Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor positions from candidates with Ph.D. or equivalent qualifications in Management, preferably, in Agri Business Management / Rural Management from reputed institutions with First Class or equivalent in Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Candidates with post graduate teaching experience in management educational institutes in any functional areas of Management or other relevant fields for Agri Business Management are preferred. Selected candidates are expected to join within a short period and contribute to mutually enriching portfolio of academic activities including teaching, training, research and consulting.
Selection Process
Short listed candidates will be invited to deliver Faculty Recruitment Seminar on any topic of their choice related to Agri Business or Management (about 70 minutes including question-answers for a minimum of 20 minutes) and present before Faculty Selection Committee for a Personal Interview. Faculty Selection Committee reserves the right not to select any candidate, if found not suitable to the requirements of FABS. Travel, conveyance, lodge and board for participation in the selection process will either be arranged or costs reimbursed. Results will be announced within a week from the date of completion of FRS and Personal Interview of all the short listed candidates in the round.
